We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Operator for Snow Removal to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal at 3 apartment communities all located in Auburn. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in challenging weather conditions. We are a family run business that has been managing apartments for 40 years. Key Responsibilities:
Operate a front end loader, salt spreader and other snow removal snow equipment
Maintain accurate records of snow removal activities
Communicate with other team members to coordinate efficient snow removal
Follow established safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
2+ years experience snow plowing with a good driving record
Comfortable working independently and known for having a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to get to work, and current auto insurance
Availability to work whenever it snows
Drug-Free and Sober
Fluent in English
Competitive pay at $30/hour
